At 21/0600 UTC, Tropical Storm Mitag was located near 14.2N, 132.3E moving westward at 14 knots with maximum sustained winds of 45 knots and gusts up to 55 knots. Tropical storm Hagibis was located near 9.6N, 115.0E moving westward at 11 knots with maximum sustained winds of 50 knots and gusts up to 65 knots.
