VIDEO: Scars linger three years after Pakistan quake
Oct 8 - Survivors in Pakistani Kashmir mourn the loss of loved ones and lament the slow pace of recovery efforts on the third anniversary of a massive earthquake.

Former President Pervez Musharraf had promised to complete 80 percent of reconstruction work within three years.

But locals complain that less than 70 percent has been finished so far. International observers say the work may take as long as eight years.
